Well, it is official. I have entered into the Director in Qualification program with Home Interiors. My coach called and let me know that it is official. I can hardly contain myself. This means in May of 2008 I will have my own unit. Plus I get a pay raise now and then later.

I remember a couple of years ago I had posted that I wanted XX amount of recruits and some of you guys told me why stop there ... I took your advise. Been working towards this goal since then. I will keep plugging away but I am also looking at the next goal, which is to promote someone out of my unit. I never stop while there is more in front of me.
