I POSTED THIS ON THE OTHER THANKSGIVING DAY SALE, BUT THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER AS A NEW TOPIC....
I wish I knew what my current clients would want from this sale....my holiday open house isn't until DEC 7th - 8th! I hate trying to guess and then I will be stuck with inventory. The whole point of my open house is to get RID OF all of the inventory I have right now!
Do you all think it is worth it to send an email to them and take a poll based on 5 items that I list?
Example: Ladies, I have an awesome opportunity from BeautiControl that I am willing to pass on to all of you. I need your help in what to order for my upcoming open house so that you can get an AWESOME discount (25%-30% off everything). Please rank the following in the order of preference for personal and/or gift purposes.
1 is the highest,2 is OK, and3 is the lowest preference.

Spa Sugar Body Scrub/Wash/Lotion
Spa Brown SugarBody Scrub/Lotion

When I heard about the T. Day Sale, I made a "10 for $10 Extravaganza" email and sent it to my clients listing 10 items that would be available for $10. They needed to preorder so I would know what to order. The item that was ordered most was the Spa Sugar Scrub. I don't know if that helps you at all but that is what happened for me.

Keep in mind that I made this sale up before I saw the price list so some of the products cost me $10. You can change it however you want!

Moroccan Mist Room & Linen Spray

I got the idea because at my open house one of the clients mentioned she wished I had more things for $10 because that is usually the gift-giving amount in family gatherings, secret santas, etc. I figure I could sell these items for low profit but get my name out there in the process! Worth the trade for me! Hopefully that makes sense and helps!
