I'm not sure what the "component" is that is challenging... but this just goes to show everyone that Arbonne will NOT substitute ingredients and will never compromise the integrity of a product by temporarily replacing a component just to keep it "in" ordering status. smileys/smiley1.gif

Great point Cassandra. I had thought the same thing when I read it over email.

I was told that the issue is the brush that comes with the blushers. Should be rectified soon.

Just curious, has this type of thing ever come up
before?

Not since I have been a consultant, almost one year.

I still don't understand. What was "wrong" with the
brushes?

The brushes, or a component that makes them up is probablynot available from the supplier.


Nothing wrong with them per se, but if they can't get the brushes, they can't sell the color.

Right, that's why I said it was just a guess. But I work for a large distribution company and whenone of our vendors say a backorder is due to a "compnent" issue, that is what it means.


I need to ask. Did you change your screen name from Major26 to Blessedone? Your posting style is so similiar, as are the types of questions you ask! Not a big deal, I'm just curious.

You guessed it. I told somebody, and I bet they told you.
I just told the first person perhaps two hours ago.


I wondered how long before someone figured it out.


Congrats to you. The reason I changed was I think I made
some angry before. This time I was being a little "milder".


I really use and enjoy Arbonne products, but all of us need
to be honest with ourselves and with our customers.

I received an email today that said the blushes are no longer on stop sell, they should be available again.

Yep got the message.. My NVP Thea O'Donoughue send most the stuff on to us when she gets it so I never feel I don't know about something.
