Before I start an ArbonnebusinessI feel I need to know more about the compensation plan...how does Arbonne'scompare to other networking/direct salescompanies' plans? Are there any places onlinewhere I can see more aboutthe various companies' compensation plans for their reps?

I'm trying to do this right here smileys/smiley2.gifand know it's so important to have the right team and sponsor from past experience. I'm not the sort who feels comfortablewith parties or group settings so would need help in that regard, which, I feel,is anotherreason I'd need someone near me. I'm in PA and would like someone in the Lehigh Valley near Easton area if at all possible. My 'forte' is telephoning folks (leads) andemailing. Are anydoingArbonne businesses online or by telephoneand having much success? Where does a person get good, qualified leads for Arbonne?

Please answer using this message board. Thanks!

I don't know if a side-by-side comparison with other companies exists (probably not) but you can start here (http://www.arbonne.com/company/success_plan_ben.html). All the links under the Success Plan category go into details about moving up and maintaining levels.

I'm not sure about leads - I'm totally not a phone person.smileys/smiley36.gif <!--

Hey Jannie!

I don't know of any places online that compare the plans. I think that is something you just gotta try to do on your own. smileys/smiley19.gifBut I think it's great that you are putting so much effort into researching. Sounds like you know what you do & don't want which is important!

Good luck!

Jannie, yes you can work this business by phone and e-mail, I jsut received a flyer about a car presentation and one of the women speaking at it is liveing in Costa Rica and doing her business via telephone and e-mail and she made RVP in 3 months!!! Awesome!!! Also, there was a thread on the yahoo board about leads, but I don't really know anything about it, I just know that there are some out there using that system. hth

In my region we utilize a one on one approach solely. We've used email and phone to hook up with prospects, then meeting with them in person. Most of our contacts come from those we know, people wehave been referred to, and even cold contacts. We have Arbonne Opportunity meetings that are non-threatening and very intimate (in the small number sense girls---LOL).

Anyway, it is possible I would think. My upline has consultants in many different places. So if you want me to look into whether someone in my region has consultants in your area, PM me and I will do whatever I can to find out the information for you.

The best thing you can do is find someone who has what you want, are doing what you want to do, and attach yourself to that person. Be coachable and they can show you what to do!

Thanks, everyone, for the input. Wondering what 'cold contacts'are akapearl?

I have been talking up Arbonne to see if there is any interest in my area. There is a little. One gal today said she would definitely be interested in the supplement to boost the immunity system. Another today said the prices were too steep for her with Arbonne.

I've made contact with a gal who does Arbonne part timein my area, but honestly, she works fulltime at another job pretty far away nd has 2 kids, so I doubt she'll be able to do much to help me.

I'll see if I can come up with someone else near me who spends more time on Arbonne.

I am currently with another company that has a much simpler compensation plan, but enjoy the RE9 system Arbonne has so would have no problem talking about it with others! smileys/smiley2.gif I think I had read somewhere there are some who work the RE9 pretty much exclusively?

Would I have to worry about delivering orders and returns when people don't like something? That would pretty much decide it for me whether I'd want to join or not. I had this with another company a while back, and it gets to be a bit wearisome.

Thanks for all your help!

Jannie- As far as delivery you can have the products shipped directly to the client if you like so no delivery. Also, if they are signing up as a wholesale buyer then they can order for themselves.

Returns would fall in with that...if it's a client then it goes through you. Everyone else can do it for themselves. Returns are pretty easy though. Luckily I've only had one I've ever had to do, doesn't happen often.
