Hi Ladies!
Although I have not been on these boards long, I have learned that you are all a great bunch with fantastic ideas and lots of help......so here is my question.
I have a work spa coming up in January and never done/seen one.........what do you do at one?

I always follow the FFH (Face, Feet, Hands) formula--at spaworks and spa escapes.
SPAWORKS--
for our WTGT Masque I use inside of arm--spray with herbal spray mist and then a drop of WTGTM
then do eyepads on eyes (warn--DON"T BLINK AND MAKEUP IS OK) and Lipapeel, Soak wash clothes in TDSBS and place on top half of face--over nose and eyes(makeup does NOT get messed up.)
Do relaxation breathing for a few minutes.
Remove cloth, eyepads and lipapeel
apply lip balm.
Do HSFC (elbow is foot for this puropose)--they will notice how soft it makes them feel.
Then do SOHIM over abowl with a pitcher of water to rinse if a sink is not available. follow up with ERHC or HS HC SPF15
Then tell them they can experience this and much more in an hour long session with friends and family and these are my available dates.
They usually ask me before I get to that part how can they share with family or how much does this all cost
