smileys/smiley7.gif Ok I went to put an order in last night and all the cheek colors are gone. Then I see a post on a private discussion group that they are all on stop sell. Here is my frustration.
I love this company and I think it offers an awesome opportunity/ However, there seem to be many items on backorder or stop sell. we, as consultants , don't even know when they will be available again or even if they are on stop sell at all. I know that Arbonne send letters to RVP and NVP's but we all don't get our information from them. Why doesn't the company keep us updated on the website. It makes sense to me.

Denise,
Your frustration is understandable. I think it would be a great suggestion to email to Arbonne. I would also contact your RVP or NVP to see if they would mind sharing the info with their downline. I know some do. I am going to contact mine as well.I think it is great customer service to let someone know as they are placing the order that it will be a little longer than the usual ship time rather than them excitedly waiting for something & being disappointed not to receive it "on time".
ETA: It also supports our credibility that we know what is going on.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

When I placed an order last, it showed me immediately what items were on backorder. This was online. Then you have the option of chosing another item or waiting.

I know it shows what is on backorder but things such as the cheek colors, if you go to order it is just blank. Personally I think they should post an explanation and also give us estimated times of back orders. This is our business and it would be nice if we could be up to date. They should put a link on their website that shows backorder and stop stell and ETA.

Then when should ALL email Arbonne to make this request. It would help our business to know ahead of time if possible so we can tell the client when they make their request that it will be delayed.

All VP's receive and email from Arbonne on updates for backorders and stop sells. My VP emails it out to our team. You may want to check w/ your upline.

I made this very suggestion a couple of weeks ago!!! I also told
my RVP about it, and hope that she will bend the ear of our ENVP, Dana
Collins, so that this info will be posted on the web.
It's great to see that stuff is backordered when you order on-line, but
I asked for a status of when products will be back in stock. I'd
love to be able to say "Your XXX product is backordered, but you can
expect to receive it on XXX date".
