So, I wrote down what I remembered, and added detail to each point from my own research. Thought some of you might enjoy reading them.
Arbonne offers over 360 pure-safe-beneficial products. This is a great place to one-stopshop!
All of Arbonne products are:
#1) Hypoallergenic- To be sure they are completely safe, Arbonne tests all its products on human panels for an extended period of time. Even people with extremely sensitive skin will have great results with Arbonne products.
#2) Dermatologist tested - All of Arbonne's products are dermatologist tested, which means they are actually tested, under the supervision of a panel of dermatologists (a very costly and time consuming process). Dermatologist recommended, which is commonly found on other product labels, can simply mean that samples of that product were given to a dermatologists office by the manufacturer, and were then handed out to customers for advertising purposes.
#3) PH correct- There is an acid mantle on your skin that acts like a bug zapper to protect you from the environment. Non-PH correct products actually tear down that mantle, but Arbonne products strengthen it.
#4) No mineral oil - Arbonne's products are formulated without Mineral oil (which is derived from crude oil). This is huge, because mineral oil acts like a plastic film onyour skin, not letting beneficial ingredients in, or allowing toxins to escape. When you use products with a wonderful ingredient, but that product also contains mineral oil, (which has 90 different names by the way) your skin is not going to benefit from the good ingredient. You are, in a very real sense, suffocating your largest organ. It's a good thing that our skin doesn't absorb mineral oil however, because the trace amounts that are eventually absorbed have been proven to cause hormone imbalance. So, that lotion you've been using for years may to blame for any of these symptoms [show hormone imbalance sheet].
Dr. Obagi, a renowndermatologist, doesn't believe in the use of mineral oil. He says that the #1 cause of aging is the sun and the #2 cause of aging is skin care because of inferior ingredients, especially mineral oil. Dr. Obagi does the grand rounds at Johns Hopkins, where he educates the surgeons and residents on skin care. He teaches them not to use products that contain mineral oil.
So why on earth would this ingredient be in 98% of American skin care? I'll give you one guess. It's C.H.E.A.P.!
OK,
#5) All of Arbonne's products are precision formulated at a Swiss lab (A.I.R.D.) under the direction of Pierre Bottiglieri. Pierre sits on theboard of theInternationalFederation Societyof Cosmetic Chemists, giving Arbonne early access to new technology (like nanosphere technology for example).
#6) All of Arbonne's products are proprietary - many with patents pending in both the US and Switzerland. If it doesn't say Arbonne Int., it's not Arbonne Intl. No one else has our formulations.
#7) Arbonne is the only company recommended by the former president of the American Modeling Assoc. Also, the new Mrs. USA uses Arbonne, and has become an Arbonne consultant.
#8) All of Arbonne's products are botanically based. This is very important. Wecan learn, bylooking atall ofthe new drug "patches" that are on the market, thatingredients can bevery easilyabsorbed through our skin. So, it makes sense that we should be very careful about what we put onto our skin, and whether it is safe to be absorbed.
#9) In its 25 year history Arbonne has never tested on animals.
#10) No dyes/chem frag. If you are having an allergic reaction to a product, it may actually be the fragrance that you are having the trouble with. Many companies have to use fragrances to cover up the animal by-product smell, but not Arbonne, because...
#11) Arbonne does not use any animal, or human, products or by-products.
And lastly,
#12) For all these reasons, Arbonne has maintained an unheard of 85% retention rateof both its customers and itsconsultants!

Thanks for your thoughtfulness Lori. I had the same idea last night. I added to what they said, and copied them all down above.
Thanks again,
Sarah
