Just wondering where you find people to sponsor--I am signing up with
Lady Emily tomorrow. I was recently "turned on" to mineral makeup
and knew there HAD to be a party plan selling it--and there is!
Since it is such a hot item right now, I want to start sponsoring right
away. Plus, it is definately one of those "sign up for the
discount" type plans with low starter kit and no minimums and a 50%
discount!
I have sponsored some with Noah's Ark Animal Workshop and all but one
came from online advertising. The other one was a friend of a
friend.

I voted for "other", because I have recruited people in so many
different places! Of course I have recruited at parties and have
had my share of corporate leads, but I have also found new consultants
at my kids' school parties, by sending out letters to friends and
family, at craft fairs, by talking to people in my neighborhood, by
getting referals from customers, etc.! I think that if you are
excited about your business other people will want to be a part of that
excitement!

I also picked other, because I have sponsored not only at my parties, but one is from my old company which she wasnt in my downline before, but we met there, one from a friend, her co-worker signed under me. Another from someone I met doing my other party plan, but she was doing tupperware. So mine are all over the place. LOL

I chose online.
I do most of my business online, and that is also where my recruits come from.
