How does our orange fiber shake compare to other
fiber supplements like Metamucil, etc??

I can't remember what Metamucil tastes like, etc., cause it's been so long since I've tried it. But I think our shake actually tastes good! I wouldn't drink it all day or anything, but the flavor it really nice.

Blessed One, log into the consultant area of the Arbonne website and go
to product knowlege. From there you can look up the product information
sheet for the fiber shake and compare it to other brands.



As far as the taste goes, I've never tried anything but Arbonne's and
ours tastes like an orange dreamcicle... or St Joseph's baby aspirin. smileys/smiley36.gif

I was hoping someone like arbonnebabies had practical

I think ours is sooooo much better!! A friend of mine mixes hers with Orange juice and says it tastes like an orange julius!!!

I just tried ours for the first time, and mixed it with really cold milk. It was sooooo good! I agree with chrlstoncharmed that it tastes somewhat like a dreamcicle. After drinking it I called up my best friend (who I am still romancing about the Arbonne business) and said, "hey! I just found another great product that you MUST try!"

Cold milk. Dreamcicle.


Sounds much better than Metamucil.

I never thought about giving fiber to a baby. Can you
share more about your using it?

I don't have her drink alot of it, she picked up my glass of it one day and took a taste and ever since she asks me for some every time she sees me drinking it.smileys/smiley36.gif She'll take a sip of it and say "Yum-Yum"smileys/smiley36.gif I didn't mean to mislead everyone to think that she "drinks" it. For her it's a treat to get a sip of it.

I wonder if fiber would hurt a child.

I'm sure there is a limit as to how much fiber a child should intake, but fiber is found in many many foods and is needed by the body.

I give it to my 7 yr.old whenever she needs a little 'help'.


Before Arbonne she wason a prescription laxativefor her chronic constipation since the age of 3. Now she no longer needs that, and doesn't cry anymore when she has to go. It's been a life-saver in my house. I did check with her doc and she said it looked safe to her.

Shake Ideas

**Orange Banana Shake



Orange Fiber Shake

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 banana

4-6 ice cubes, blend until smooth




**Blueberry Shake



Orange Fiber or Vanilla Shake

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup water

1/2 banana

4-6 ice cubes, blend until smooth



**Orange Cappuccino Dessert Shake



Orange Fiber Shake

2/3 cup water

1 tablespoon instant espresso powder

3 tablespoon unsweet. cocoa powder

scoop lowfat vanilla ice cream

Blend and serve immediately



**Power Shake



Orange Fiber Shake

2/3 cup water

1/4 cup nonfat yogurt

1/4 cup applesauce

4-6 ice cubes, blend until smooth





Quick Dreamsicle Drink



Orange Fiber Shake

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup skim milk

4-6 ice cubes, blend until smooth





Orange Buttermilk Drink

1 cup buttermilk

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger optional

</span>My own creation that is my favorite is the shake blended with soy milk and vanilla yogurt. That is a great meal!
