Arbonne would be a wonderful choice - our products are not 100% natural, but a botanically based blend of science and nature.
If you have a few minutes, have a listen to our sizzle message (http://www.arbonne.com/company/sizzle.php). On the success plan benefits (http://www.arbonne.com/company/success_plan_ben.html) page, you can read about how the pay structure works.
Be sure to visit the qualifications and maintenance links on the left. Arbonne publishes all the info needed to make a well-informed decision, which is really nice!

Hey QueenLucy!
I'm sure Lori PM'd you wonderful information. smileys/smiley1.gifBut I wanted to answer on the board so others could find out also!
Arbonne isn't "all natural". Arbonne is botanical based, which is very different from the majority of companies out there. Our recipes start out with a plant base rather than something else, like chemicals. Arbonne takes the best of nature & the best of science & puts them together. Our motto is pure, safe & beneficial. I’ll list some of the things that make Arbonne different from other companies.</O:P>
Our proprietary formulas are:<O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
Botanically-based – Plant based vs. chemical based. Arbonne believes it gives you more nutrition for you skin. <O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
pH correct-This helps protect the acid mantle which helps skin resist bacteria. Leads to healthier skin. <O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
Hypoallergenic -Regulations dictate that companies are only required to test to a 4% non-irritation level, but Arbonne chooses to meet a 0% irritation level before it releases a product so even most sensitive can use Arbonne. This is not to say no one has an allergic reaction b/c we are dealing with botanicals & some people have an allergy to various botanicals. <O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
Have never been tested on animals. <O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
Formulated without: <O:P></O:P>
animal products or by-products –Arbonne believes that plants & herbs are more pure and offer superior benefits with less allergy/irritation.<O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
mineral oil- Arbonne believes mineral oil is occlusive and can clog pores, interfere with important skin functions, and interfere with advanced delivery systems.<O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
dyes or chemical fragrances -dyes & fragrances are known irritants and cause many allergic reactions<O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
I can tell you this is why I chose Arbonne. As a customer I appreciate that they go above & beyond to make sure their products do what they say they will & are good for me and my family. I am not a label reader & I know I don’t have to worry about what is in my skin care with Arbonne. For this reason everyone in my family uses nothing but Arbonne. I chose Arbonne because it makes my skin look & feel the best it ever has looked or felt. <O:P></O:P>
<O:P></O:P>
So, no they are not all natural but the do not manufacture products that are harmful to the environment or your health.

"our products are not 100% natural, but a botanically based blend of science and nature."
If they are not natural, then they are artificial (man-made).
I have friends who are after all natural stuff.
What is thedifference, and what makes ours "better"?

If soemthing is truly "all natural" it has to be kept in the refrigerator, and it's effecacy is based on the untampered with molecular structure. You can take natural collagen from nature and slather it on your skin and it won't do anything. But it is natural!
Also, tell them mold, bacteria and mildew are natural, but not good four us. We have to balance the botanicals to make them stable for human use over long term, yet still be safe.
The term 'natural' rarely applies, even to botanicals and organic products. It does not have any standards according to FDA or anyone else to be able to use it.
Ours are better because they do what they say they do in the safest blend of nature and science/chemistry.

the title "all natural" is thrown around in advertising way too easily. There are no regulations to consider yours all natural. If there is fruit in it, its "all natural"
Candace O'Keefe explains it so perfectly in the product knowledge cds. I am not Candance so that is why I don't have her job!smileys/smiley2.gif But she does explain the small percentage of perservatives that we use and the reasons why. If we didn't our products would be a bottle ofbacteria in a matter of a week. The preservatives are in such small dosages. Isn't it like less than 2%?? Anyways, they are in such small dosages that they are in NO WAY harmful and only beneficial to protect from oxidation and bacteria.
An example of "best of science" would be nanosphere technology. Infusing plant cells w/ a specific ingredient to go exactly where it needs to go on each person; self-adjusting. I wouldn't call this "artificial or man-made." I would call in ingenious! smileys/smiley4.gif Arbonne was the first to use nanosphere technology!
Whats great is that you can see all the ingredients listed in our product. Check out the percentage of science and nature compared to other product lines. It will blow you away!

I'll need to think on that. It sounds a little scientific to me.
I have a natural brain that's been out of the refrigerator far
too long.
Blessed one.

Go to Arbonne U. then listen to the product knowledge. This will explain.. nothing is not man made. You have to do something to it to turn it into a cream or combined it. Sometime we take poisens planets and use the good parts of them.. that takes science to do that.
