I received an email to sign up for an interveiw. I would like to know is the pay worth going through this process?

Well the pay depends on the project you get but WSol is one of the best WAH companies out there IMO and some people have waited years to get on with them, I waited 2 years myself....some have waited longer, some got lucky and had shorter waits, there is very little turnover because it is such a good company. I would definitely encourage you to proceed with the interview!
