I dont know of any really good websites to advertise, but a free way is to sign up on the yahoo groups. You can get your website noticed by alot of people!!! On advertsing, you will have to se what fits your budget. Some websites even have a free state directory listing that you can submit.

It was $40 to start, and they kept debiting my account! I emailed them as that is the only source they give for contact and they wouldn't answer my reply!
Their are lots of great sites out their too. Also keep posting on message boards.
