On a private board? Are you talking about the yahoo Rbon board? Because negative posts get deleted there and people jump all over consultants who make negative posts.

I thinkthat people need to remember thatArbonne is there to help us.If we are having troublesome situations, then we need to communicate with Arbonne.Getting feedback from other consultants can be helpful, but I've seen consultants in management give out poor advice and infringe on policies. It's best to take issues right to the company.

I know some people are saying they don't get replies to their emails ... technologyis fickle and phones arethe priority in customer service - so get on the phone with the company. Wait on hold if you have to, but ask yourquestions and get them answered. I've always, always hadgood response from Arbonne in all kinds of situations.

OK I sort of see your point about how negative posts might sway potential new BBs, BUT >>> if someone posts a negative OPINION about Arbonne, and it's not a "factual statement" (which I guess means it can't be proven, or whatever)... why does it seem like no one wants to hear it? honestly that is my biggest problem with the whole Arbonne atmosphere. I understand that it's important to be positive in this business, but there's a difference between thinking positively and pretending problems don't exist, or even worse - making excuses for them. I don't think you're going to see anyone join arbonne expecting no problems or negative aspects whatsoever. And if they do join with that outlook, they will be the first ones to drop off. I just don't think it's healthy to avoid addressing problems we all experience, whether they are addressed directly with Arbonne or discussed on this forum or any other. I think it's absolutely frightening that negative posts would be deleted from this forum or the one on yahoo. if we don't want to be stereotyped as a "brainwashing" type of business, that is not the way to go about it. If I were a potential BB, I would be immediately turned off if I saw nothing but sunshine & flowers on this forum.

I wonder how important all this is in the
big picture? I'm just a beginner, but I
really appreciate the openness of this forum.

I am learning a lot.

For my own information, how do negative posts on
this forum affect our overall business? I don't have
any customers or friends who even know this forum
exists.

someone could come across the forum while researching Arbonne, if they are thinking about getting into the biz. That's how i found the forum anyway! LOL I wanted to find some info other than what my upline provided, just to get all aspects and opinions.

I wonder how they would feel if we just talked
sunshine and roses and never mentioned the rain
or the thorns?

I bet it would not take long for them to run into
the rain and thorns. Then what would they say
about us?

I agree it is not all sunshine and roses, and we all experience the other side, and I definitely think we should be able to share it all on these types of forums. Like Soonergirl said, we can all benefit form helping each other through the hard times. But, I think the point of this post originally was that we should be mindful of WHAT we say and HOW we say it. We are all in this together, after all! :)

I have not yet read anything that I thought was improper
or hateful and cruel. This forum seems to be pretty straight
forward, which is the way it should be, I think.
