I'm so pumped, I just had to share! I've been emailing everyone I know and will be making a ton of phone calls tomorrow (its too late here tonight!) Gold Canyon just announced a FREE demo kit for the first 2,500 to sign up! They then simply have to sell $1000 in their first 42 days to keep the kit for free! This is a first for them and I'm sure it will go over great, I hope I can add to my team! I've had a few girls interested, so hopefully this will be great news for them! Has anyone else's company ran similar specials and how did it affect the company and your team?

Morgan Danejust announced our new "Sterling State Starter" program a couple weeks ago that allows new qualified consultants to receive a full refund of their starter supply kit purchase within their first 60 days. So far, the response has been very good and I've added a few people to my team! However, I don't know the long-term outcome of such a program since ours is new.

I'm in the process of earning my Lokelani Designs jewelry kit right now. I have until the end of November and I'm pretty positive that I'm going to meet the goal. My calendar is looking good.
I met the October goal, so I get $150 in free jewelry (a separate bonus from earning my kit) and my commission of 30%. I also won a challenge, which was to have a hostess get $250 in outside orders before her party. I got a free display pieces for winning the challenge.
Incentives are great! We are also too new toknow the long-term outcome.
I personally allow hostesses to earn their kit free, if they can't afford the start up costs.

You would receive your studio that includes homewares, business supplies and training materials valued at $450. You simply have to sell $1000 in your first 35 days, which most do by having a grand opening and two additional homeshows. Some girls actually do it in one show alone!
You can also earn an additional $450 over the following three months and a brand new desktop or laptop computer (your choice). We offer different incentives each month on top of all this!

I had 6 new homestyle specialists sign up in September and 5 of the 6 did their $1000 in 35 days - they got their kit free, got an additional $100 in 2008 products and got paid commisson too ~ they are sooooo excited and I am soo proud of them!! ANYONE can do it!!!!
also... my team mentored a total of 15 last month and 11 of the 15 have done it!! 2 others still have a few days.....

BeautiControl doesn't advertise, but you can join for FREE for selling $500. It does really help out with recruiting those who otherwise may not have the extra spending money for our regular start up fee ~ good luck on your recruiting this month!!!
