What do you do when someone wants to sign up and does not have an email address?

I've also used my emailaddress for people who don't have their own.

I use my own all the time for them, my sponsor told me to do that and then the sign up info gets sent to me so I can keep it for when they lose it. Of course, now they send out those nice cards, but they didn't use to and people were always calling me to get their numbers for them. Once I get it, I forward it to them, and if they want to they can change their profile for their own email. Some of the wholesale buyers don't want to , because they are afraid they will getunsolicited emails...
