I need to know who offers a good website at a very cheap price. And then I need to know what I need to be able to have the following on my site:
Hosting, domain and email accounts included.
A database that collects and stores visitors information (I need to at least have their name and email and I know they will have to put it on a form)
The ability for my links to open in a new window
As many pages as possible
oh - and needs to be "computer stupid" friendly to build cause, God knows, I have no idea what I am doing...

When you say you need to keep track of visitors ... will it be for an online store where customers can log in and put items into their cart? Or will it be more like a content management system where visitors can log in and submit articles, leave comments, and things of that nature?
