I am so excited. Our company announced they are offering a
special incentive to anyone who hosts a tasting the week of Dec
12-18. It is the first time they have ever done something like
this and it has already had a positive effect on my bookings for
December. I really don't look at December as being a big month
for Party Plans, but this just might do it for me!smileys/smiley32.gif
Since we deal with alcohol we can never offer free product as a booking
incentive. This special offers them the opportunity to earn a "free
shopping spree" on their next purchase. Genious! They still
get product at a discount for the holidays and then can get more for
free later. I am so excited. It's nice to be able to offer
this to my past hosts and customers. It is so different from
previous incentives.
I was also wondering what other party plans have special hosting offers
for December to encourage booking later into the month. It would
be interesting to see how creative our companies can be to entice
people to host.

December can be a great month! Southern Living at Home wraps up our Fall catalog in December and this year the company will retire about 25 items out of the catalog. SO... in December, SLAH will hold a HUGE retirement SALE!
The Sale Items are put at crazy low prices and our customers go crazy! I already have 5 parties booked for the first week of December! Really keeps my business going.
Plus... in January, SLAH always holds DOUBLE Hostess Dollars which books up my January! Last year I did 12 parties, and right now I already have 6 parties on the calendar for January. Looks like another busy year.
It helps so much when your company offers great incentives for the consultants and the customers/hostesses.
