Comcast phone service to work for this company? Do you know why a landline is needed will comcast not work with their system? I have a landline but was curious because I also have comcast as well. TIA

I emailed someone over at wsol and asked why we can't use comcast or a digital service and it is because it is not compatible with their phone system.
