So..I've decided that I need to learn a lot more about SEO and optimizing my pages. I understand a chunk of it, but some goes right over my head! smileys/smiley36.gif I'm wondering what helped you the most with learning SEO? Did you get a great ebook, learn from a certain site or what? I'm thinking about getting a new ebook, but I'd like to know what everyone else's favorites were.

seo-guy.com has great tutorials, a great seo specific forum too. that was how I got started, also info.vilesilencer.com has a great list of free seo friendly web directories for link submission. Good luck!

I have found SearchEngine Watch.com (http://searchenginewatch.com/)to be really helpful, and now there's a blog (http://blog.searchenginewatch.com/blog/)related to the website as well as their forums (http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/).

The best way I can suggest is find sites that show high in sorts on
google etc, and see what they do ;) I have a real world contact that
specializes in this, but normally deals with high end companies. This
is a very sought after talent.
