Let's hear about your car/bonus program if your company offers one. Here are some questions for you:
Do you have to use the bonus for a car? Or can you take cash to use for whatever you want?
Are you limited as to what kind of car you earn?
Is the car yours to keep, or is it a lease based on yourmonthly volume?
Would you personally take the car or the cash? (if offered)
Southern Living at HOME has a bonus program where you can use the money for whatever you want! Personally for me, I already drive a really nice car so a car is not an incentive for me, but I would definitely take the cash to offset my payment!!!!!

lia sophia has a cash bonus monthly that goes according to your level of management and the sales amt. of your team. At the Division level of management I am at now, I either earn $850 or $1,000 monthly bonus according to my team sales every month. This is completely separate from the 10% (RETAIL) commission I make on my central unit and the 5% (RETAIL) commission I make on my 3 unit managers under me. I also earn 40% commission on my own personal sales every month. I cannot complain, I make a VERY good living thanks to lia sophia!

For Your Pleasure pays out all our bonuses in cash. No car bonuses, house bonuses, that kind of thing... it's all cash, and it's infinite! There are two different ways:
1) A bonus on your personal sales, starting at $2000 retail each month. There is no cap to this payout. It starts at 5% and goes all the way up to 10%!
2) A management bonus monthly, based on your level. This goes up to $1,700 a month!
Applying this to myself personally, I earn 6% on my first level, 3% on my second, and 1% on my third, and my management bonus at the level I'm at is $250 a month. So between those two, my checks are usually well over $1,000 each month. That doesn't include my sales bonuses!
Between how lucrative romance parties are, and how my team sells, I'm thrilled at what this job has done for me.

Yep, I was ready to answer by I see my co-IBA Jen has answered the question. The company I was with before offered a $400 car bonus, which you didn't have to use on a car. So if it's cash, then why call it a car bonus? I guess a brand new car sounds more appealing than $400. LOL! JMO
I definitely prefer the Management Bonuses, because they sound more rewarding. And earning up to $1500 in a month's management bonus is pretty good.

In Tupper when you become a Star Manager you are eligible for the $350 car bonus cash. It's called a car bonus since it's typically about the amount of a car payment.
When you achieve Director status you can participate in the WOW program to earn a Pontiac G6, it takes 18 months and you can never lose that car once you earn it, you can leave Tupper the day after you earn the car and you will take it with you.
With diff levels of director you can earn different cash amounts of cars, it gets higher as you move up and the cash amount gets higher as you move up and the cars get fancier as you move up. These you can lose.Edited by: LeighM

Passion Partiespays out all our bonuses in cash.
Our Car Bonus is $400 cash per month...so you can use it how you see fit...We have a Consultant on our team who uses it to pay for a small home she bought in Arizona to be closer to her daughter!smileys/smiley1.gif

The car is yours to keep. As long as you keep your ranking (NMD,IMD) the company will pay your car payment or house payment. You can even refiniance your house to where your mortgage payments are exactly $3000 so you can get the full amount granted towards your DreamHome.

We offer the luxury bonus as well with higher management...$500 is the first monthly bonus/allowance and the next one up is $1000.
I would like a nice car for me I think...Mercedes, BMW - in addition to my MOM SUV lol... about a year and a half ago our SUV had to go in the shop for a couple days and hubby rented me a four door Mercedes - black, sunroof...I liked it! I didn't work with the kids but when I had to go out by myself (for meeting or show) it was nice... I felt really stylin'! No action figures, DVDs or sports stuff cluttering it all up! LOL

I love the Tupperware Car Bonus Program....I believe its called the Dream Drivers....I was able to qualify for that and love getting that extra $350 a month :)
