Here are some auction and some free store sites which are an alternative to Ebay, unfortunately none have the traffic like Ebay but some of these sites have no store set up fees or final value items fees no relisting fees for store inventory only but if you list on auctions then you pay a fee.
www.plunderhere.com (http://www.plunderhere.com) has free estore you can add for FRee no list but you are on your own for traffic. It has a power list tool to down load and it cross promotes with many auction sites such as froogle.com, google.com
www.fastcommerce.com (http://www.fastcommerce.com)offers free store but uploading images was a little hard, not easy to upload.
