Hey all,

I was reading the rules/by-laws last night in my Arbonne manual, and I read about the 70% rule. This terrifies me because I don't want to sell retail, but I want to buy products to become "a product of the product". How can we do the "Let's Go Shopping" method if we are following the rules?

Please help!

Sarah

</span> I think if you are using your
business as a tax write off, anything left on your shelves at the end
of the year is considered inventory. The personal use products are the
things you have taken off your shelf to actually use and you write
those down separately. If you are not </span>using the business at a tax write off then it doesn't matter how much product you have.

How does your company determine if a consultant is inventory loading?

Personal use products are, in effect, sold. You have purchased
them from your business to use for your family. This 70% rule is
to keep people from ordering lots of inventory to continuously make
promotions. It's Arbonne's way of making sure people don't go
into debt to do this business.
