What is the highest % of cash back you have found? They advertise up to 20% but I have only found 17.5% so far. Just curious.

I'm not sure -- I'm not that detailed oriented I guess!
I only check the discounts and cash backs when I am actually "in the market" for something.

Same with me! You can go thru the whole discount page and look. It does tell you the % for each store/gift card ect
