Great photos and great site! The only thing that threw me off was the Seniors section of the photo gallery - I was expecting senior citizens smileys/smiley36.gif

Same here, with "Seniors" - maybe you should point your client to read this thread, and let the rest of us designing WAHMs endorse your argument!

As for the terms - specifically "Seniors" - this is the most accepted
terminology in the field of professional photographers. Tho I too
thought 'senior citizens' when I first heard it, my dd explained that
photographers consider those older folks as just 'family' when taking
their pics. smileys/smiley1.gif
That's my 23yo dd - she wavers between photo-journalist &
aesthetition in her career goals, taking classes for both, but not yet
finished with either. She has held more jobs with spas and beauty
shops than with photographers.
I do have a 'senior' again this year (my 3rd - with 3 to go yet) smileys/smiley2.gif
She had her senior pics done by this aspiring photography studio near us. http://www.designphotography.net
Design Photography is one of the pricier ones in town - but I love the
way our particular photographer did her session. I just ordered
off the proofs yesterday...and once I have them paid for (gimme a few
months) I'll have some scanned. I wish I could have afforded one
copy of each of the 40 (!!!) pics he took (we're only getting eight).
Oh - am I getting off track!

Hey Andee, you're right! I checked out John H. Keel's site and Gooch's here in the area and they also use just "seniors". So I guess that's how it's done.
My mom was telling me that my aunt spent ... sit down, OK? ... $4000 (yes, four thousand) on my cousin's seniors pictures. ho.lee.crap. I can tell you right now that will not happen with our kids. $400 tops. smileys/smiley36.gif
