Someone wants to order foundation. She said that she would look over the books and whatever I suggested she would order. Am I suppose to tell what would be best for her? I thought that was a personal decision.I have not used the foundation so what wouldI tell this person?

Find out what her skin type is. If she has oily skin, she might want the foundation wand because it is designed to stay matte. If she wants line defiance, then she will need the liquid foundation.

If she has rosey or pink undertones, she will need a cool shade. Yellow or tan undertones = warm shade. If she is unsure, have her take a look at the veins in her hands/wrists - do they look blue or green? Blue would be cool and green would be warm.

Remind her, though, that she can use the guarantee for exchanges.

Also, the little foundation color sets are good to have for this reason. So she can try the colors. I think they are like $5 for a set. You can get them in business aides. Come in very handy!
