Hi All. I have been busily working today, making things for an upcoming craft show. Boy, I hope this one goes better than the last one! There is a lady that I have been talking to for quite awhile about joining MiaBella, and I got to thinking about what I was looking for before I decided to join Scent-Sations. Things that are good to remember when recruiting, I think.
One is people are looking for real opportunities, not empty promises or scams. Something that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to try, many of these people don't have unlimited resources, they need something that is going to work for them without a HUGE investment. Something that can genuinely be a family business, that they can feel good about doing. That if they are going to be selling something that is is a quality product that others will want.
MiaBella offers all of this and so much more. I have fallen in love with these candles, personally. Remember to convey that to others. Remember also that everyone has different gifts to offer this company, not everyone will be interested or good at everything, but I believe once confidence is built through success, many other doors can and will open with Scent-Sations. That is pretty cool. The possibilities are unlimited, really. Don't forget that, and to convey it to others.
