If I have a recruit that orders the package at BU, do I get commisions on it , or does the Trainer?

When any consultant places an order her recruiter and director are the ones that receive the commission. (As long as they/you are meeting the minimum requirements of their career level.) When you are a Sr. or Associate trainer at BeautiU you are paid to represent Beauticontrol for the day. I have been an associate trainer for about 8 months and there are guidelines that we must follow when we do a training class.
