I have a question. I got some Park Lane jewelry from a rep last year (around this time of year, too) and it's absolutely beautiful! But my bracelet lost a gem and I thought the rep that sold it to me said it my jewelry can be fixed by the company if anything happens to it. I haven't heard nor seen this rep since last year.
What can I do to get my bracelet fixed?

Hi I’m not a rep but I know they do have a lifetime guarantee on their jewelry. I am guessing you need your receipt and will have to send it to the company.
