I don't know if there is any circumstances. All I know is that you can wait 1 year to renew your account, and then sign up under someone else. But if you are trying to do the business, this really wouldn't work. I would contact Arbonne if you feel your sponsor is not treating you right.

I don't think it is allowed unless the consultant is inactive for a period of time then signs up again under someone else. http://www.gsponpoint.com/emoticons/shrug.gif

OK, here is what I found in the business manual:
2.5.4. Cancellation and Re-application

A Consultant may legitimately change organizations by voluntarily canceling his or her Arbonne business and remaining inactive (i.e., no purchases of Arbonne products for resale, no sales of Arbonne products, no sponsoring, no attendance at any Arbonne functions, participation in any other form of Consultant activity, or operation of any other Arbonne business) for six (6) full calendar months. Following the six-month period of inactivity, the former Consultant may reapply under a new sponsor.

Consultants may cancel their Agreement within three days from the date on which the application is submitted to Arbonne and
re-enroll under a new sponsor of their choice
[/list]

Didn't they change it back to 12 months?

Yes you have to be inactive for 1 year and then renew under someone else.

you can also have your RVP contact Arbonne to "relinquish" you for their team. I'm going through this right now with someone I know who had signed up under someone else but is extremely unhappy. She desperately wants to sign up under me but in order to do is asap, she'd need her RVP to contact Arbonne (and truthfully, I'm not sure her RVP would do that - although you'd hope so).

Otherwise, she's going to resign and sign up in 6 months.

If anyone learns anything differently, I'd love to hear about it.

If you feel your sponsor is being unethical in helping you grow your business, I would definitely contact Arbonne.

If your sponsor is simply "not there" for you, go the their upline (you can find out your upline by going to webstats, go to group sales, click on your name. A box should pop up with your info. click on the ID at the bottom, a box should open with your sponsor's info. Continue to click & you should be able to find your upline's upline.) and ask for help. That's what they are there for!

(Think about how you'd feel if someone in your downline called you and said "I want to grow my business, will you help me??")

Also, know that Arbonne encourages open meeting policies. Perhaps you could find another meeting to tap into...or conference call for support.

This is what I saw in the policy manual:

2.5.3.Change of Sponsor
To protect the integrity of all SuccessLine organizations and safeguard the hard work of all Consultants, Arbonne strongly discourages changes in sponsorship. Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is critical for the success of every Consultant and SuccessLine organization. Accordingly, the transfer of an Arbonne business from one sponsor to another is rarely permitted.

Requests for change of sponsorship must be submitted in writing to the Field Support Department, and must include the reason for the transfer. Transfers will only be considered in the following two (2) circumstances:

In cases involving fraudulent inducement or unethical sponsoring, a Consultant may request that he or she be transferred to another organization with his or her entire SuccessLine organization intact. All requests for transfer alleging fraudulent enrollment practices shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In cases of extraordinary hardship, Arbonne reserves the right to move Consultants to another line of sponsorship. Each request will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis. The decision whether to move a Consultant shall be at Arbonne’s sole discretion. CONSULTANTS WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST ARBONNE BASED ON THE COMPANY’S DECISION TO GRANT OR REJECT ANY REQUEST TO MOVE A CONSULTANT TO ANOTHER LINE OF SPONSORSHIP.

So I don't know if you fall into either of those categories. OTherwise, you have to cancel and reapply.
