Hello,
My boss has asked for me to hire a flash designer for our site.
We just need a small presentation. I hired a person a while back,
he was paid in advance, and he never completed the work. Now we
are left with a very small budget of only $500 to get it done. Is
there anyone here who can do a flash presentation for that price?
If so, please PM me with your contact information and a few links to
