I know a couple months back someone had a photo of their decals on the back of their SUV. (I can't go back that far to find that message). I would love to see it or please let me know what you have on yours. I am going to order a cling but I need ideas of what I should put on it -without too many lines. Any ideas? I have my hubby's truck with a cap. I will be placing it in the back cap window. Should I or should I not include my phone number? (will I get crank calls?)

Hi Debra-

I would definitely include my phone number. My mom had magnets on her vehicle for her businessand people would actually callher from they're cell phones while sitting in traffic. (she always had her home office number forwarded to her cell when she was out)
She never received any prank calls. But that's not to say it couldn't happen.

It says:

I bought it at Webdecal (http://www.webdecal.com/at.cgi/408599)

i have a cling on also. Someone told me that the magnetic ones you can get to go on the doors of your vehicle can rust so I didn't want to risk that. I use my home number so I'm sure they get my answering machine instead of getting a call on my cell when I'm out somewhere and busy. It works very well. JMO......

Hi Ladies,

For those of you that have the cling is it also called a window decal? I am looking to do this but not sure what to do.

I have a web decal on the back of my car with just my website address. I'm seriously thinking of getting the Mia Bella car magnets because they are so attractive and reasonably priced.

Hey Nat-

According to our friend in the window business, a "decal" is permanent (like stickers) and a "cling" is removable.

What is the best letter size to use? Is the standard 1" lettering easy to read from a short distance? Thanks in advance!

oops I didn't have enough room so I removed "retail" and then it fit. I also went with the 1 1/4 inch letters - it was only $36 Edited by: Soy Candle Gal

Hi Everyone,

For those of you that have window decals and cling, are you finding that you are getting a response from them?

Many Blessings,

Oh, no! - I just opened my window cling box after convincing hubby that I could finally put the cling on the truck and I bought the vinyl lettering by mistake - Is this permanent? There is no way he will let me put these on smileys/smiley19.gif. I thought I ordered an outside the window cling because it even said that you have to remove it and have it cleaned. I must have checked the wrong box. I will email the company - maybe they can get me a cling at a discount because I don't think I can get a refund. Major oops on my part. Guess you have to pay attention when ordering.

Hi Debra,

It is my understanding that vinyl lettering is NOT permanent. They stay on until YOU take them off. Where are the window cling can be removed and replaced when every you want to.

Hope that helps!

Continued Blessings,

Natalie
