Hello shoppers!


I'm scheduling some great sunglass shops on behalf of Service Sleuth!


I am looking for a shopper traveling through the JFK airport to do a straight forward shop at a fantastic retailer of sunglasses! The shopper must interact with an associate on the sales floor. If the shopper is not approached after ten minutes they must ask an associate for assistance. The shopper will wait for the associate to explain the benefits and features of the product. After the interaction the shopper must make a purchase, which can be ANYTHING YOU WANT. The report itself isn't too long - mostly yes/no or multiple choice responses, with a few sections for narrative.
