I am very close to making 1st step district - with the extension given today, I could do it. BUT, I am thinking I might just put everything in Nov & do $6000 in November to get there. Does it make a difference?

I agree, go for it!! Then Nov & Dec you have your building period as DM! And like Brittany said, you could go for Area!!smileys/smiley1.gif

ok, I'm just scared that if I don't do 3500 in Nov, then I'd have to start all over again! If I do go district in Nov, then do I get paid the 8% for Nov?

You can do District in 3 months. So if October is 1st step and you don't finish in November, you still have December!!
You are paid each month for the level you were at on the 1st of that month.
