When selling I know it makes everything more valid if you can share a
story about the products. SO, as I've gone through the catalog I
have seen several things that I recognized from ds's speech therapy
(that his licensced thereapist uses) and also that we had in my
preschool classroom. I will list them out here for you and maybe
in your next demo you can tell everyone "XYZ is used by my the speech
therapist who comes to visit my friends son."
In the classroom when I taught preschool/preK we had:</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);">
Opposite Pairs</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);">
Playful Patterns</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);">
Busy Bugs Learning Set</span>

Giant Pegboard Toy</span><br style="color: rgb(153, 0, 102);">

Thanks! They are not alone. My preschool used a lot of the toys as well, and I have many friends/customers who are speech therapists. The Flip Flop faces are a big one. The 4th grade teacher at the school recently bought the Word Flip, and a Reading Recovery Teacher went crazy over the Think-it-Through Tiles.
Another big customer is AEA and Headstart. :-) They toys are awesome!
My favorite is the Pegboard. It has gotten so much mileage!
Be sure to ask the consultant to bring the Fascination Safari Station!

Hi Tammy,
I am a Discovery Toys rep and the main reason why I joined was because my son is in Speech and Occupational Therapy and he seems to respond better to the DT toys. My main clients are Speech and OT therapists. I love the toys!!!
