Hi All! I have a situation that I would love to receive some input on. I have been reading through the emails about how some of you are able to get the new pillars through your upline. Well, here's my situation - apparently the person at the top of my upline is some gal in the midwest. I don't remember her name. I only received one email from her and she never responded to mine. I get no support, no correspondence, nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion what I do in this type of situation? I would love to find out if there was a way I could switch because it would be nice to have a team lead who was supportive..heck, I'd take someone who responded to my emails!! Your thoughts?

Hi Mika:

What you need to do is go further upline. You cannot change sponsors unless you quit the company and resign in six months. Even at the Fling, they said if your sponsor is not there for you, go further upline to however far you need to go. Also, the girls on this board are amazing so anyone of us would be more than happy to help you out.

Hi Mika... go upline further to your next upline Diamond or Director. Let them know the situation and you would like to be included on their correspondence as you are not receiving it from your sponsor. Sorry to hear that. Find out when your team training calls are and tap into those... they are very important to the success of your business. Most teams also have a yahoo support group that you can join and talk with the other distributors on your team.

There are so many wonderful people here to help you in any way they can too. Just let us know.

Thanks for all the PM's and responses! Thefrustraing part about going further upline..is I had heard from thru the grapeline that the top person on my upline (the one I am discussing) apparently just made Diamond!!

You can get the new pillars directly from corporate, they are available for purchase now.

How about call corporate and ask if there are any Fall Fling specials available to those who could not attend?
