*CAKELINK VS WEBSITE
*The Greeting Cake Company offers their distributors many ways of
doing business. One of the most successful is the internet. As an
Independent Distributor you are allowed to have your own website
(hosted and designed outside of the GCC company.) If you have your
own website you are responsible for collecting orders and payment and
then placing them through GCC’s website to have them drop
shipped. If you have your own site you may add our graphics, but must
have a disclosure that states you are an Independent Distributor and
your ID number
Customers can order directly from the GCC website and include your
Name and/or ID number for you to receive commissions on the order.
GCC also offers websites for a nominal fee. To have a GCC website
with your contact information on it there is a $20 set up fee and the
cost to maintain the site is $7.50 per month. Orders are drop shipped
from the Home Office’s Shipping Department and you are sent
notification of the order. You are then paid a commission on that

GCC also offers CakeLink. CakeLink is a series of buttons and
hyperlinks that you can add to your own website, for those who have
sites outside of GCC. The CakeLink works much like a GCC website by
directing your customers to our shopping cart, but the cart is
imbedded with coded information that lets us know the order was
originated by you. You will be notified when an order comes in and
paid commissions on that order by the 15th of the following month. To
