Some of the women on stage at Celebration for top sales sell over $10,000 a month!

My regional VP told me they are from a different generation. Back in the 80s, they didn't focus much on recruiting, just selling. And they havea HUGE reorder business.

Huge reorder business AND some like Susan Ramsey have really gotten internet marketing down to a science. If you are doing spas & reorders every month you should be normally selling $2000-4000 a month. I have had "LIFE" happen and haven't really been able to do spas lately. I learned to pick up the phone & service my clients.By simply calling them and asking what they need I am selling $2000-$3000 a month. So if I actuallystart doing spas again that should jump to $4000-$5000.
When I first started I was so involved in getting new clients & doing 8-12 spas a month thatI never bothered to callthe clients I had already gotten. Then I went to Celebration &listened toAngela Brown's "power hour". I went back to my room looked at how many clients were on my client list (Ionly add those on skincare or repair products) and about threw up from how much money I was missing out on not calling my clients for reorders. When I got home I started calling people... now some of them I hadn't talked with in about 2 years so they said... "who?" or the one that really kills you is..."oh, I lost your information but I found someone else to buy it from." Ouch. The greatest thing is no matter when I call them I always hear..."I was going to call you I just ran out of..." I take good notes in my tickler file so that they really feel like I'm a friend. Reorder is soooooo important!!! If your not doing it then get off of here right now & pick up that phone!!!!! Call 5-10 clients a day & just ask them what they need. Tell them whats on sale. Ask them how often they'd like you to contact them. If they aren't there leave a message! Email is too easy for them to do nothing! Call them! Leave now pick up the phone... I'm serious go... now...

I was at Cdn Connection last weekend and a challenge from one of the director's was to sell $1000 in re-orders in Oct. I'm going to start by calling all of my existing repair and skin care clients to find out how I can service them. I have so much inventory that I need to get rid of. Plus with all the sales lately I'll make more than 50% on most of it!

If you yahoo or google "beauticontrol" the site beauticontrol-direct.com comes up...it's a redirect to Kim's beautipage. I bet she gets a lot of random orders that way. I wish I had the internet know-how to do that!

To prove it works... at the next conference, Leadership... I was recognized at Leadership for being the #3 top seller for my level. And my bestest BeautiControl sister MaryCarolwas #5! I went up to Angela Brown & thanked her & we both cried! She shared with me, now I'm sharing with you. I want you to become a top seller & come up to me & tell me you started calling your clients & make me cry! Oh and thanks for the words of encouragement... Just sharing! I am terrible at calling clients, I alwasy say this is the month I am ging to start and I know I am missing out on ssles, so this is it, I am goimg to call everyone that orders from me starting with the people who just had spas and see if I can get some sales, at least let them remember who I am. thanks for the push!
