o.k., you'd think I could understand this by now!!!
The volume and override thing still confuses me. Do you always get paid on your downline? Even when they promote? I understand the volume that if they promote ahead of you, you no longer get their volume (unless the credit thing) but do you still make commission on them?

As a consultant you'll get overrides on everyone YOU personally sponsor, period.
As a DM you'll get paid on everyone YOU sponsor & anyone THEY sponsor.
You'll get paid on your downline at the same level you are.
i.e. If you're a DM, you'll get paid on your 1st generation DMs
If you're a DM, you'll get paid on your promoted out AMs "central district".
If you're a DM, you'll get paid on your promoted out RVPs "central district"
Same thing when you promote to AM, etc.
As far as volume goes, ideally you'll want to "lead the pack" as you'll be able to count more volume from people you promote out. However, if they promote AHEAD of you, that's when the "permanent pick-up credit" kicks in to help YOU qualify. Once you qualify, you must maintain YOUR Central levels volume (but will get paid overrides still on your promote outs)
Does this make sense?

So, as a consultant I DO NOT get paid commission on the volume of a wholesale buyer under my direct wholesale buyer?

Ok got it. Well, I made 1st step district this month. I am trying to finish in November, but right now I am about to pull my hair out w/ my hostess for next weeks party. I will not vent though. Just wish me luck for a successful party w/ bookings. I really need them!
