go to papermart.com, they have some great deals on them there. Also, if you have a Michaels or a Hobby Lobby near you, they both have coupons for 40% to 50% off each week of one item, so you could get a package a week at 1/2 off (you can also print off multiple copies of the hobby lobby coupon on their website, hobbylobby.com)

Wal-Mart has organza bags with a drawstringin the wedding department. I believe they cost $3.95 for a dozen.
