I just went onto ebay and found all the@ products there at very low prices!! Does anyone know why this it is so difficult for @ to stop this? The feedback is good for the seller so I assume the products were fresh. I know @ has all these lawyers looking for this kind of thing so you would think it could be easily stopped. Any ideas?

A couple thoughts:
1-Don't spend you time looking on ebay. It's not worth it. Spend your time working your business.
2-Not everyone selling on there is a consultant. Actually, a LOT of people are used-to-be consultants that are trying to get rid of their products.
I know that @ is constantly working on it and they are continually removing people's consultant IDs for selling on ebay...but they can't catch everyone at once. It takes time.
Either way, focus on YOUR business and you'll do a lot better :D

I also know that one lady was selling through a friend who wasn't with Arbonne but she was. So it was harder to catch. As the friends name was on the Ebay account! So many people are removed all the time. Just heard about a ENVP that was removed not for selling on ebay but happens!
Don't worry about it!

You're both right. Thank you. I'll just focus on my own business. Looking at ebay was a waste of time. I was just wondering why it is so hard for them to stop it. Have a great weekend ladies!

I think it's hard for@ to stop it because new ebay sellers are popping up all the time. And when the IC is using a middle man to sell, it's much harder to catch them. Who wants to run their business in an unethical way like that?? They'll eventually get caught so I personally don't get bothered by their unethical ebay activity. I've got way too many things to do with my life which includes building my business the ethical way! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif
