Hello. I have a question for anyone who might be able to help me...I
have a BB who is going for DM. We'll call her "B". I signed
up a girl, "A", who was gung-ho with her friend "B". Now, "A" has
not really done anything, but "B" might finish DM qualification this
month. Now, my question is, I can't get paid on "B" unless I have
another DM that I personally signed up right? Would "B" be
considered 2nd generation District? It's a little confusing for
me. I tried reading the Success Plan book last night, but it
didn't help. I'm still trying to help "B", but I'm kind of afraid
that if she promotes out, I won't be able to count any of her volume
toward my own qualification. I've already given her 2 wholesale
buyers. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

OK I am a little confused. Is B direct to you along with A? Or is A
direct to you and B Under her? Either way, if B becomes a DM she will
be your first generation DM and you will get paid for her. Now if B
promotes someone below her to DM, that person becomes your 2nd gen DM,
and you wont get paid for him/her unless you have another direct to you.

Now, if A is above B and direct to you, and kicks her butt into gear
after seeing B's success, A would THEN be your 1st gen and B would
become your 2nd gen. You would then get paid on A's and not B's unless
you had another direct to you DM like A.

Does that help? lol.

Thanks a lot. Okay, it's like this, I signed up "A", and then "A"
signed up "B". Of course we did this all together, which was
supposed to be part of a strategy, but "A" kind of just gave up, and
"B" is determined. So it goes: Me -> A -> B. So
if "B" completes District, she is my 1st generation District?
SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION!! smileys/smiley3.gif And thanks again for any help!!!

yes as it was explained to me, B would be your 1st Gen District because she is the 1st DM under you, :).
