I seem to be packing alot of products in and out of my Spa's. I'm wondering what you all do? If you stick strictly to the beauticase how do you sell the other products that we have? I do sell quite alot out of the beauticase at my spa's. Also I don't show the product guide as I have had too many leave and say they will get back to me, but then don't. It will be interesting to see what the majority of you are doing! Maybe it's time for some changes!

I usually do the margarita foot scrub and then wash it off with towels soaked in the TDSDBS, us the Margarita foot creme on one foot the HS FC on the other. DO the lip apeel then WTGTM and eyepads relax a litle then go around and lay a warm wash cloth soakd in the TDSDBS on their face I tell them I am doing this and finish breathing exercises. Follow up with them wiping WTGTM off face and lip apeel off lips and then do lip balm. Go to sink and do SOH and ER lotion. Everyone has always loved it this way and it has worked for me. I may bring a sugar lotion or SYS product to share in place of one of my other items. THe LOS line mask is another substitution I have done. Just depends on the hostess and how I feel she would react to change.

I add the brown sugar body scrub to scrubtheir arms after the SOH. This has been my number 2 seller! I also show the body lotion and SYS spray and salve. I find if you do too much, they get overwhelmed and can't remember what they liked. I try to just add a few extras. But I leave a bag of stuff I have opened in my carin case anybody asks about it, I'll run out and get it for them to demo. This especially comes in handy when someone signs up and wants to do a customized order with agreement. I pull out the product guide and get started on their wishlist, and show them anything that I might have that they can try. Normally, I don't bring out the product guides, though.

Ditto about the product guides. I just eliminated these from my spas by typing up a price list for all items demo'd along with their product IDs which is now on the flip side of my set sheet. This alone has shaved off at least a 1/2 of my spa if not closer to an hour! My spas were beginning to run 2 1/2 hours and it was killing not only me, but my hostesses. This keeps it much simpler and actually my sets are selling better than ever!
You can also use not showing the product guides as a carrot for going to BeautiU. There, they can puruse to their heart's content and even possibly be able to try alot of the other stuff depending on the workshop leader and what they bring. HUGE!

When I was new, I showed the catalogues, but now I just use my Ultimate Set sheet, and it works a lot better. I typically demo everything in the BeautiCase and then talk about/show/demo 1-2 extras (right now it is the Destination Beauti and Spa Escapes stuff), and then whatever goodies they get from my "goody bag" for rewards/prizes. It is just a bunch of individual spa treatments that are thrown in a bag, and they can draw out of it as hostess rewards/ticket game, etc. I think they get overwhelmed if you show too much, and can't decide what to get!

Anything I have opened, it goes with me. The mroe people get to try, touch, smell or see, the better my sales are. If people return an item, BC normally replaces my products but let me keep the opened item. That goes to my demos. :-)

I do just the beauticase for most of the guests (with the exception of adding the washcloths soaked in the Detox Bath Soak - I sell a lot of that from the washcloths. I also add in one of our cuticle treatments for hands at the sink because they are so small of a thing to add in, but everyone loves those), but my hostess gets extraspecial treatments. She gets to do a face mask (either the Fango or the Detox. Body Facial). She also gets to soak her feet in the LOS Hydrotherapy Mineral Bath, use the Foot Spray, use the SYS Foot Scrub, and then use the SYS Salve on her feet. Then I spotlight a set that goes with the spa's theme, or I pick one if there is no theme (I've been using the new Spa Escapes line and they are loving it!). The extras for the hostess make everyone else want to be my hostess - just did this for the first time at my last spa and out of 5 ladies, 3 booked!

I also leave my other displays in my car, in case someone asks to smell something else (I can't get away from the product guides. I don't ever take them out voluntarily, but the group always asks for them!)

JUst print up a sets sheet and share those i can see where they might be better just to keep those product guides away and show what the most popular items are and then you can add your favs or just use product guides for CATALOGUE SHOWS ONLY. Let them know that is the only time you have catalogues out. JMO

As far as Inventory

I have 2 large BC corregate boxes full of product along with a red foot tub full of misc stuff that I bought on sale and my Spa Escapes collection I bought at Celebration. As I work full time, alot of times I have to leave directly from work to go to my spas so I have to bring everything with me to work. This would be OK except temps this summer have been hot, hot, hot and I don't want to leave in my SUV so I have to do double hauling bringing it into my office and back out at night. BUT, I still think it is worth having it with me because I firmly believe that guests are happier and will start using the product right away if they can take it with them that night!

I carry 4 of every skincare (except the All Clear and Skin Equations), 4 of every other item in the case, 4 bath minerals and SYS, 4 All Clear blemish spot block and duos and the Margarita stuff I got on sale.

I am also at the point where I only demo one additional product based on the theme of their spa aside from the beauticase.

I do pamper my hostess with some different products. I allow her to select one out of the 4 top spa treatments which I will treat her to before guests arrive. They are MDA, Fango Seaweed Mask, New Eye Pads, or Chemical Peel.

I was also allowing all guests to do SYS on one foot and HS Foot creme on the other. Last week I decided to just treat my hostess to the SYS. So I don't have her do her feet with everyone else at the station, and while the neckwrap is being passed around, I pamper her with the SYS in front of everyone and make a big deal about that being our best selling pedicure line.
