Hey Tracy...
Yes they are VERY similar scents. So close in fact I'm not able to choose between them. smileys/smiley36.gif
They both smell fresh and....well....clean.
I like them both!

I actually find them to be two very different scents (I guess everyone has a different sense of smell smileys/smiley1.gif) They both have fresh scents but I find the fresh linen has a more subtle perfume scent to it where clean cotton reminds me more of clean laundry. The fresh linen reminds me of a spring day. Its very nice.

I personally LOVE the clean cotton!!!! OMG but I love the smell of clean fresh laundry.....it is REALLY nice. I agree with mika they are not at all the same to me. The fresh linen doesn't smell like you are doing laundry at all IMO. She's right....a little perfumey and fresh is the best way to describe it.

I with Mika on this one. They are two very different scents to me. Clean Cotton smells like Downey to me. I love it! Where as Fresh linen has more of a flowery scent. I love it too! Clean Cotton reminds me of my daddy washing his clothes when I was a little girl. He always put downey in them. Ohhh, the good old days!

Clean Cottin is awesome!!! I agree with Natalie. It smells like you just took your clothes out of the dryer and used Downy Fabric softener. LOL Lesly

Okay, I've had a chance to smell them both since my original post....
They are definitely different scents to me. Fresh Linen is very pretty andclean but reminds me of a perfume. Clean Cotton has Downy all over it. I like it the best smileys/smiley1.gif

I smileys/smiley27.gifFresh Linen... it's the one I keep in the bathroom. Light, fresh and flowery. Not strong, yet fills up the house with fragrance.
For me, it would be Fresh Linen in the bathroom and Clean Cotton in the laundry room and linen closet (not lit, of course). smileys/smiley2.gif
