I saw people selling arbonne on ebay, I believe I saw this a violation... or not?

Too funny, I was checking eBay yesterday and wondering the same thing. I wonder how these people do it? Are they consultants selling their free products? They're just ruining it for all the other consultants that play by the rules!

Is very sad... bad for some of us that keep what arbonne said.


Also I find other peoplein amazon.comsmileys/smiley5.gifdoing the same thing.

these products haven't been carried for several years, and shelf life with Arbonne averages 3 years.... In order to know that you are getting new products, please find a consultant to get your products from.</TD>

Consultants can't sell Arbonne on ebay. Customers can sell whatever they want.

Why would a customer want to sell for less than retail? If truly a customer, they would have to pay retail...correct?

buyers remorse, maybe?


I have sold Creative memories stuff that I bought and knew I would never use. I didn't get anywhere close to what I paid for it, but it was better than nothing, and it cleared out a whole cupboard of "junk" I wasn't going to use.





Also after my first order as a customer a couple years ago, I got my mom the phytoprolief to try to convince her to get off her HRT. She didn't go for it, and the return date passed before she decided. so she sold it on ebay and got $25. for it. Almost what we paid for it. Then my friend/consultant that I bought from told me that was a big no-no. That was before I had signed up or anything.

I realize this may be the casse for some. It just seems like there a lot of folks doing it to be unsatisfied customers...just my humble opinion.smileys/smiley1.gif

Oh, I know Kiana's mom. Especially the ones who have like twenty items listed, and I know it was the PWP last month or something! I wish ebay would police it more as well.

It isn't like these people do it one time. I have been watching and some have been doing it for over a year. So not just buying something and then not wanting it.. So have sooooo much. I even saw a thing you could only get as a consultant... Maybe they are wholesale consultants and don't know that is a consultant. I don't know.. Lots of companies have this problem. Sometime people buy stuff for more then what you do at retail. It is funny. I was like I could have gotten you a better deal... oh well.

I am sure that is against policy, doesn't look like she has gotten any bites yet.

It is against policy and Arbonne investigates all of this. People do not get away with this. Thats why you see at the bottom of many of these, I am not affiliated with Arbonne. It is said that people do this. I have heard horror stories of people getting expired or 1/2 used items from buying Arbonne on Ebay.

I'm right over the border in PA, same town as Liberty Mountain Ski Resort - Hagerstown is about half hour from me! Small world!

I was curious so I emailed policy compliance, this is what they said:





Thank you for your e-mail inquiry to the Policy and Compliance Department here at Arbonne International. We are very aware of the selling of Arbonne on EBay and have an EBay monitor who is removing auctions as we speak. In the last two months combined we have removed over 600 auctions and are on pace to remove more this month. Please inform your down line that Arbonne will not guarantee any products purchased off of EBay and it is against the Policies and Procedures to sell any Arbonne product or opportunity on EBay. This can lead to the suspension or termination or your Arbonne account. Please also let your down line know not to e-mail auctions to our department as it slows down the time we have to remove auctions. Eventually all auctions will be found and if that seller is a consultant there auction(s) will be removed and they could be subject to disciplinary actions. If you have any further questions or inquiries please use the contact information attached to the end of this e-mail transmission.

It sure is, I am about 45 minutes to an hour (depends who is driving :) from Hagerstown. I will have to tell you when our next Mercedes presentation is down this way. Does your area have alot of Arbonne events?
