If I sell some items on ebay and have an online store can i post a link on my ebay items to my online store? If so where should i put it.

Is your online store hosted off ebay, or do you have an ebay store? You cannot link to a store hosted off ebay. You can link to a page hosted off-ebay, but it cannot contain any information other than educational info about the item you are selling.
For example, you cannot put a link to an ecrater store in an ebay auction, it'll get pulled very quickly.

Just wanted to add that the last I heard it was permitted to link to your online (off-ebay) store from your About Me page. Some people actually do read those things. :)

I use Auctiva.com and I find it pretty easy to use..
