To any Unit Managers out there or if you know the answer to this, please reply.
I have read the Guide over and over and I cannot figure out if I don't make the numbers two quarters in a row, I understand I will be reclassified to VIP, but do I loose all of my consultants? I currently have ten because three just became inactive....boo hoo....
I became Unit Manager June 1st. Is a quarter three months or four? To my way of thinking it is three, but the computer seems to call a quarter four months....sorry to sound so confused, but I guess I am!
I would hate to lose my consultants I currently have as they are solid gals.......and I know I have one more recruit coming on board next week and I am having a great spa on the 22nd, so not really concerned about getting back to 12, but I am concerned about meeting the numbers. HELP!! I was kind of booted into this level without really wanting to be there, only because I was comfortable not feeling pressure, now I kind of do. Although I do want Directorship, I was hoping to learn a little more first. I am NOT complaining, please don't think that, I just want to do what I have to in order to be successful.
For those of you that are Managers, any tips or advice?
Thanks so much everyone ~Edited by: PattiZ

Patti,
As I understand it, you won't lose your downline unless you yourself go inactive (don't place an order for 90 days). You will be moved down in status after the 3rd month is complete but will still have everyone under you. I hope this answers what you were asking!
Anyone, please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken!
Cheers! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley10.gif

Leah is correct.
A quarter is a three month span (Jan-Mar, etc) as there are 4 quarters in the year.I agree that it is a little confusing. If you don't make your numbers, you don't lose your team, you just have to add to it to regain Unit Mgr status. Hope that helps!

Leah is right. The only way you will lose your downline at this level is if you go inactive. KEEP GOIN GIRL!!!
You'll be back to Unit Manager in no time:)

I have another question about Unit Manager. Do you just need 12 recruits or do you need a certain amount of team sales as well?
Sorry to hijack your thread Patti but I just thought I'd ask as I'm still alittle confused by that..

You need 12 recruits and your Personal recruits need to place $3,000 in sales in the same month and you need to recruit at least 2 in the same month to requalify as a Unit Manager!
I know this because I am in the process of doing so.........

Thank you everyone for the replies. I feel SO much better knowing this. I haven't lost my status yet because I haven't missed two quarters, so I WILL recover my two recruits and with Canadian Connection and at least one girl from my team coming, hopefully we will get the rest of my team inspired when we get home.
Tid bit of good news.....I am SOpleased that I get the beautiful brownbag and the little purse dangly as my recruit qualified at training on the weekend and she signed up on August 8th.....super excited. Hopefully the gal on Monday who is signing up will see the benefit of Friends and Family....wish me luck http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif
I really hope to meet those on this board, I can hardly wait for Friday. This company is just so awesome. Jaclyn, please be sure to come and introduce yourself if you see me...I will watch for you tooand others...I am making a list from the post about who is coming. I am interested in meeting others from Calgary and perhaps attending some Unit meetings here during the winter because driving to Cochrane in the snow isn't much fun. October's meeting is in Calgary so that will be great.
Thanks again!
