I am thinking about sending in a Direct Deposit Slip to Corporate, but I have a few questions first.
Do they send you a stub in the mail?
What happens to the processing fee of $1, do you get the whole amount?
And where do I send it to?Anyone have a address?

Hi Diane,
Go to Document Downloads in your Mia Bella back office and print the 2 pages entitled, "Direct Deposit."
It's very easy to set it up.

Hi Diane,
It used to be 2 pages. Now it's one, but has all of the necessary info. there for you.
Just do exactly what it says.
Also, you can call Customer Service with more specific questions. They are very helpful.
There is a minimum amount of commission you must be receiving to have it sent to you via direct deposit I believe. I would give them a call to make sure.

I sent my direct deposit form today, I even call corporate and talked to two ladies there.. they were very nice!!
I got the address. hehe..
and I wanted to call..........just to say hello!!
