Is anyone else having a problem getting thru to the care center on the phone? I just get a "your call cannot be completed". I double checked the number but nothing's working. Is there a different number I can call? I placed an order last night but I was supposed to get 50% off since I ordered in August at Celebration but they only gave me 30% off. So I gotta get that fixed.

The 50% off was if you used the unit meeting code last month, I thought. I didn't realize you got 50% off for ordering at Celebration...

Hi, I just tried the number and got the same message you did. I imagine that maybe since they have extended the sale,maybe they got bombarded with phone calls.

You also had to have used that unit code before the 17th of August in order to qualify for the 50% off the month of September. Good luck getting through. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley29.gif

Just heard back from Laurie Staiert who is our Regional VP. She said the phone lines are completely flooded with calls from consultants who couldn't get their orders in yesterday. Call times have tripled and they are doing their best to accomodate:) Unreal huh?

For those of you DIQ'rs...I was also checking to see why my DIQ screen isn't updating with activity from this month (wanted to see which of my consultants placed orders yesterday/today and took advantage of the 50% off). She said the DIQ screens will not update until 5-6 days after end of month....hmmmmm. I figured out a round about way through the commissions tab. Oh well, great to see how everyone is doing!

Hmmm that was one of the numbers I am still getting the recording...I wonder if people can still get through but once the queue is full, the recording plays.. Oh well, I at least was able to get my answer. Good luck everyone and thanks Anna!

I thought if you orderd at celebration you we eligible too, but then was toldONLY IF WE USEDTHE code inAugust. So I guess I hicuped on that one. LOL
