Hi Ladies,

I have great news - I just signed up my fourth consultant on Sunday and I'm nowa VIP! Yay!!

I've been trying so hard over the summer but it was so slow and I was getting so frusterated with my spas of little or no sales, no recruits and no bookings.

I can't tell you how good it felt to have a great spa again, not just in sales (which were average but I'm happy with that!) but just a good spa in general. The ladies were great, they were all on time and so much fun. The hostesses 2 year old was up and I wasn't sure about that at first but she was so good and had so much fun wearing the spa socks and hanging out with her aunts and Grammas. During relaxation she didn't say a peep and was so good!

I also wanted to thank you all for all of your wonderful posts and support, I wouldn't have kept going over the last couple of months without you ladies! I feel like I was starting to give up and now I'm back and I know I can make this work!!

Happy Spaaing in Sept ladies! It's going to be a great month!!

Congratulations on VIP status. It is my goal to be VIP by the end of the month. I sure hope I make it!

Great news is right! Good for you, VIP is the place to be!!

I am too feeling a little discouraged but know next weekend will really help. I have a great spa ahead of me on the 22nd, so hopefully I can get some more recruits and sales going. I have only had three official spas, and from those spas have 13 recruits, but a very slow summer....but I realized the other day that for someone who has only had a few spas, I've done ok. I just need to SPA!! It is tough working full time, but I am going to do this http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif.

Patti - 13 recruits in 3 spas??!! That's awesome!! Way to go!! It's been a rough summer for everyone but the fall is going to be great, people are looking for stuff to do now that camping/holiday season is over. I hope to meet you in Edm too!

Johanna - that's my thought exactly!! I was thinking the same thing this morning about doing 4 more and then 4 more, etc. I remember Cindy K saying that and it makes it seem so much more acheivable.

Laura - You can do it!! My director kept telling me I could do it and I only needed one spa to do it and I was like, yah, yah. I was so excited to call her on Sunday and tell her that I finally did it and she was right (as usual)!

How do you do it? What did you say at your spas to get 13 to sign up in 3 spas? I would like to know!!! Please do share! I too just became Unit V.I.P.! WOO HOO!!!! I know how you feel Jaclyn!!!! Congratulations!

Patti, what do you say, that gets the ladies excited about joining your team? And how many of them want to do this as a business and not just be a Friends & Family Consultant?

I'm especially looking for those ladies that want to do this as a business! Any suggestions from anyone, would be much appreciated!
