Hi all! I am just wondering how you all handle the "Are you employed?" question. Often times I'm filling out a form or doing a survey or enrolling in something, and they'll ask if I'm employed. My initial gut reaction is always to say "no", because I'm not employed by anyone. As soon as I answer we're off to another question. And I'm always kicking myself for having lost an opportunity to talk about my business. So I'm curious, how do you guys handle the employment question? Not how you think you should, but how you really do. smileys/smiley2.gif

I say self-employed, I havemy own business.

I have said "I have a home based scrapbook business", whenspeaking with someone-which sometimes leads to conversation about my business. (Prospects can come from anywhere) On forms I write "self-employed", because I am earning money-so I consider myself employed.
